Katarína CHOVANCOVÁ, JUDr., PhD., LL.M., MCIArb is a 1998 graduate from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 2011 she finished her studies with the University of London with the PG LL.M. in IDR with merit. Katarína Chovancová is currently a senior research fellow at the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences with her main focus on international investment law and the international investment arbitration. She works also as an associate professor in international law at the Faculty of Law of the Pan European University in Bratislava. Craig Celniker leads Morrison & Foerster’s international arbitration and Asia dispute resolution practices.
