Katarína CHOVANCOVÁ, JUDr., PhD., LL.M., MCIArb is a 1998 graduate from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 2011 she finished her studies with the University of London with the PG LL.M. in IDR with merit. Katarína Chovancová is currently a senior research fellow at the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences with her main focus on international investment law and the international investment arbitration. She works also as an associate professor in international law at the Faculty of Law of the Pan European University in Bratislava. As a former banker, she served as an arbitrator with the Permanent Arbitration Court of the Slovak Banking Association in 2008-2009.She is the member of the CIArb, the SALS, the CILS Congress of Fellows, the Czech Society of International Law and the Slovak Society of International Law

Craig Celniker leads Morrison & Foerster’s international arbitration and Asia dispute resolution practices. He has extensive international commercial litigation and arbitration experience, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property issues. Having spent 10 years in the litigation department of the firm’s Tokyo office, where he developed his reputation as a leading international disputes lawyers in Japan, Mr. Celniker now divides his time between the firm’s Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore offices.
MAURICIO GOMM SANTOS brings 30 years of experience as a senior level Brazilian/U.S. international attorney admitted to practice in Brazil, New York and Florida; in the latter as Foreign Legal Consultant. Mauricio Gomm Santos serves as counsel, arbitrator, and mediator in proceedings in a variety of fields under the rules of world's major arbitral institutions1 as well as AD-HOC and cases under the UNCITRAL2 Arbitration Rules. Mr. Gomm Santos participates as expert witness before national courts and arbitrations, seated in the United States and elsewhere. As arbitration expert, he served in the High Level Meeting with Justices of Supreme Court Justices on international commercial arbitration hosted by the Organization of American States in several venues in the region. Mr. Gomm Santos was responsible for drafting the project of an academic institute focused on the study of international arbitration within the University of Miami, School of law.
